We have discovered that, with our PTZ auto-framing camera "BRC-AM7," when connected via VISCA or VISCA over IP, performing consecutive preset recalls and executing the next preset recall within a short period before the previous preset operation has been completed may, in rare cases, cause the device to become unresponsive.

As a countermeasure for this issue, we have prepared and are now offering the main unit software Ver.2.01.
