Thanks for responding, it's the BDP-S185 (MR Version). I was specifically told by an online Sony advisor that I would be able to install the Netflix app on this device. Also, the Sony press-release states :-
"The Netflix app will be available on all 2012 Bravia, Blu-ray and Blu-ray Home Theatre models".
Do you know how's best to complain about this to Sony? I checked beforehand, there is no compatability info on their website & I checked with a Sony online representitive, who told me 100% that Netflix will work with this device. You would think their online sales representitves would be better informed!
