I'm looking to buy a customised laptop.
I have already got a windows 7 license and I don't need or want to buy another, although there seems to be no option to remove windows 7 home from a customised laptop build.

To be honest, the £60 - £80 price that this adds to the price of the laptop makes it much less appealing considering that addition is essentially a complete waste of money in my case.

Any customer had experienced with doing this?
or any mod/admin know if it's possible?

It's a make or break answer! Cheers

    Hi Unfath and welcome.

Sony have made the choice not to sell Vaios without an OS installed.

You, of course, have the choice to try to find another make that will sell their product without an OS installed.

I understand your concern. I personally respect every manufacturer's opinion on not to sell notebooks without an OS preinstalled.

May this could be set as a suggestion for them to consider in the future. https://imagicon.info/cat/12-13/vmware_happy.gif
